Installing a sliding gate using the KIT components
The kit for the sliding gate comes with an installation drawing that includes recommended dimensions for the concrete foundation and example dimensions for cantilever gates.

Extended warranty
All metal components in this KIT are covered by the 36-month extended warranty. The warranty covers not only metal components but also nylon parts and, in particular, the bearing-mounted rollers trolleys, which form the basis of the cantilever gate mechanism.
All automation electronics in our store are covered by the standard warranty of 24 months.
The invoice included with your delivery serves as the warranty certificate.
Description of the KIT for making a cantilever sliding gate
Complete KIT for making a cantilever sliding gate for an opening width of up to 4.5m and a maximum total cantilever gate weight of 450 kg cantilever gate. On request, we can supply the C-channel cut to whole metres; it can also be extended by welding to accommodate a wider opening. It can also be extended by welding to accommodate a wider opening.
The KIT contains load-bearing trolleys for cantilever gates with five rollers fitted with heavy-duty bearings. The carriages are supplied with a mounting plate.
The set also includes bottom stop and run-in wheel, which relieve stress on the gate and also serve as stops and safety features. The components in this SET are selected so that no additional parts need to be purchased for a manually operated gate. You can, however, add items to the set, such as top stop or hook lock. To automate your gate, you can also purchase gate operator and electronic accessories (remote controls, warning light, photocells).
C-profile is welded to the bottom frame of the gate. We recommend using a minimum size of 80x40x2mm for the bottom frame section, and 60x40, 80x40 or larger sections for the other frame members. The choice depends on the driveway width, the overall length of the gate leaf and its intended weight. We’ll be happy to advise you. The gate frame must be sturdy and stable. Once you have the gate frame, mount the carriages on a concrete foundation (use steel anchors, chemical anchors, or cast the carriages directly into the foundation using threaded rods). We’ll provide the concrete foundation dimensions, along with other recommended installation instructions, with your products. Alternatively, contact us, and we’ll be happy to advise you.
