Set of components for manufacturing a cantilever gate in the highest quality with highly reliable load-bearing rollers. The entire set including two C-profiles is surface-treated – hot-dip galvanized.
Note: The SET is more cost-effective than buying the components individually . On request, we can adjust the contents of the SET and the LENGTH OF THE C-PROFILES, and deduct an appropriate discount. If you have a specific request or would like advice, contact us.

Your sliding gate kit will include an installation drawing with recommended concrete foundation dimensions and example dimensions for cantilever gates.

Extended warranty
All metal components in this KIT are covered by a 36-month extended warranty. The warranty covers metal components as well as nylon parts and, in particular, bearing rollers carriages, which form the basis of the cantilever gate mechanism.
All automation electronics in our store are covered by the standard warranty of 24 months.
The invoice included with your delivery serves as the warranty certificate.
KIT description for building a cantilever sliding gate
Complete KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate for a clear opening of up to 8.5 m and a maximum total weight of 450 kg for the cantilever gate. The complete kit includes a 12-metre C-section and is available at a discounted price. On request, we can supply the C-section cut into whole-metre lengths, which can also be joined by welding to achieve a clear opening greater than 8.5 m. It can also be extended by welding to achieve a clear opening greater than 8.5 m.
The KIT includes load-bearing roller carriages for cantilever gates with five rollers fitted with heavy-duty bearings. The carriages are supplied with mounting plates.
The kit also includes a bottom stop and an end roller, which reduce the load on the gate and also serve as end stops and safety features. The parts in this KIT are selected so you don't need to buy any additional components (you can, however, add to the kit, for example, a top stop).

To automate your gate, you can also purchase gate operator and electronic accessories (remote controls, warning light, photocells).
C-section is welded to the bottom gate frame. We recommend using a minimum size of 80x40x2mm for the bottom frame section, and 60x40, 80x40 or larger sections for the other frame members. The sizes depend on the clear opening, the total gate leaf length and the intended weight. We can advise you. The gate frame must be robust and stable. Once you have the gate frame, mount the roller carriages on the concrete foundation (use steel anchors, a chemical anchor, or cast the carriages directly into the foundation using threaded rods). We will send you the concrete foundation dimensions, together with other recommended instructions, along with the products. Alternatively, contact us, and we will be happy to advise you.
