Component kit for manufacturing a cantilever gate of the highest quality with highly reliable load-bearing rollers. The entire kit except for the two C-profiles is surface-treated – hot-dip galvanized. The kit includes two carriages with 9 rollers.

Extended Warranty
All metal components in this KIT are covered by the 36-month extended warranty. In addition to metal components the warranty also covers nylon parts and, in particular, bearing rollers trolleys, which form the basis of a cantilever gate mechanism.
All automation electronics in our store are covered by the standard warranty of 24 months.
The invoice included with your delivery serves as the warranty certificate.
KIT description for building a cantilever sliding gate
Complete KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate for a clear opening width of up to 8.5 m and a maximum total weight of 500 kg for the cantilever gate . A complete kit with a 12-metre C-channel is available at a discounted price. On request, we can supply the C-channel cut to whole-metre lengths. It can also be extended by welding to achieve a clear opening wider than 8.5 m.
The KIT includes load-bearing trolleys for cantilever gates with nine rollers fitted with heavy-duty bearings. The trolleys are supplied with a mounting plate.
The kit also includes a bottom stop and an end roller, which reduce the strain on the gate and also serve as stop and safety elements. The components in this KIT are selected so that no additional components need to be purchased (you can, however, add to the kit, for example, a top stop).

To automate your gate, you can also purchase gate operator and electronic accessories (remote controls, warning light, photocells).
C-channel is welded to the bottom frame of the gate. We recommend using a minimum size of 80x40x2mm for the bottom rectangular hollow section of the gate frame; the other sections can be 60x40, 80x40, or larger, depending on the clear opening, the overall length of the gate leaf, and its intended weight. We can advise you. The gate frame must be sturdy and stable. Once you have the gate frame, mount the trolleys on the concrete foundation (use steel anchors, chemical anchors, or cast the trolleys directly into the foundation using threaded rods). We will send you the concrete foundation dimensions together with other recommended instructions along with the products. Alternatively, contact us, and we will be happy to advise you.
