Extended Warranty
All metal components in this KIT are covered by the 36-month extended warranty. The warranty covers not only metal components but also nylon parts and, in particular, bearing rollers trolley assemblies, which form the basis of the cantilever gate mechanism.
All automation electronics in our store are covered by the standard warranty of 24 months.
Your invoice, enclosed with the delivered goods, serves as the warranty certificate.
Description of the KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate
Complete KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate for a passage width of up to 8.5 m and a maximum total weight of 450 kg for the cantilever gate. The complete kit with a 12-metre C-profile is available at a discounted price. On request, we can supply the C-profile cut into whole-metre lengths. The sections can also be joined by welding to achieve a passage width greater than 8.5 m.
The KIT contains load-bearing trolley assemblies for cantilever gates with five rollers fitted with heavy-duty bearings. The trolley assemblies are supplied with mounting plates.
The kit also includes a bottom stop and a catcher wheel, which reduce the strain on the gate and also serve as stopping and safety elements. The components in this KIT are selected so that no additional parts need to be purchased (you can, however, add to the kit, for example, a top stop).

To automate the gate, you can also purchase gate operator and electronic accessories (remote controls, warning light, photocells).
C-profile is welded to the bottom frame of the gate. We recommend using a minimum size of 80x40x2mm for the bottom gate frame section. For the other frame sections, use 60x40, 80x40, or larger sizes, depending on the passage width, the overall length of the gate leaf, and its intended weight—we can advise you. The gate frame must be sturdy and stable. Once you have the gate frame, mount the trolley assemblies on the concrete foundation (use steel anchors, chemical anchors, or cast the trolley assemblies directly into the foundation using threaded rods). We will provide the dimensions for the concrete foundation, along with other recommended instructions, with your products. Alternatively, contact us, and we will be happy to advise you.
