Description of C-profile 95x106 mm - natural aluminium, without surface treatment
Lower aluminium guide C-profile with cross-sectional dimensions 95×106 mm (W×H) is used as a structural profile for an aluminium cantilever sliding gate. This aluminium profile is supplied in an untreated state, without a surface finish (EN AW-6060 T66), so it is ideal for adapting to the customer's individual requirements.
Its design allows the rack to run directly through the inside of the profile, ensuring not only a clean-looking gate with no visible distracting components, but also effectively protecting the rack from the weather and mechanical damage.
WARNING: This profile is supplied with a protective strip, which must be removed with a hammer before installation.
The profile is included in these value packs:
- kit for an aluminium cantilever system up to 4.5 metres
- kit for an aluminium cantilever system up to 5 metres
- kit for an aluminium cantilever system up to 6 metres
The profile is compatible with the 95x106 C-profile end cap, lower stop DK-1-98, ramp SN-1-100 and 80x80 carriage assemblies with nylon rollers:
- Adjustable pivoting carriage, 5 nylon rollers with mounting plate
- Adjustable pivoting carriage, 8 nylon rollers with mounting plate
- Adjustable pivoting carriage, 10 nylon rollers with mounting plate B
