Description of Adjustable swing trolley, 10 rollers, with mounting plate B
Adjustable articulated carriage for oversized sliding gates. Suitable for gates with a clear opening width of 7.5 m to 12 m. It can also be used for gates with a clear opening width of up to 7.5 m that weigh more than 600 kg. The carriage is supplied with a mounting plate included in the price.
- The V-15-1 carriage fits C-profile 80x80x5 mm FE and C-profile 80x80x5 mm ZN as well as C-profile 76x76x3 mm INOX (nylon rollers only)
The option to adjust the carriage allows you to fine-tune the gate's angle and ensure smooth operation (also to account for the terrain or the slope across the opening).
The carriage's articulation evenly distributes the gate's weight/pressure across all the bearing rollers on the carriages at every point during gate movement.
For your project, you can choose a version with nylon or metal rollers (only with the version for C-profile 80x80x5). For quiet gate operation, we recommend the version with nylon rollers.

Anchoring the support carriages for a cantilever gate:
The support carriages can be anchored:
- to threaded rods that you cast directly into the foundation
- to threaded rods chemically bonded into an existing, cured concrete foundation
- to hammer-in anchors in an existing, cured concrete foundation
The narrowest dimension of the holes in the mounting plates is 17mm, and they are anchored using M16. All methods are suitable; it depends on which one you have more experience with.
