Description of Aluminium fence slat 160x16 mm, rectangular shape, grey RAL9007, textured
Aluminum slat, with a finish in textured grey RAL 9007 finish, can be used as infill for fences, gates, or any other space. The slat has a rectangular with a height of 160 mm and a width of 16 mm. It is available in lengths of 2 m, 3 m, or 6 m.
The slat is hollow and has guide grooves on the inside of its sides for mounting screws. The easiest way to install it is with mounting profiles with pre-cut grooves for accurate pre-drilling and screw fastening.

Depending on the desired effect, you can also alternate aluminum slats of different heights.. Our range also includes a 20 mm-high rectangular slat with no finish, or an anodized slat, both ideal for creating modern patterns.

The slats can also be installed vertically using end caps, which are inserted into the slat from above.
Finish:
Aluminum is an excellent material with corrosion and weather resistance and a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminum and supplied with a textured grey RAL 9007 finish.
The profile is powder-coated with a textured matte finish.. After application, the powder coating is cured in an oven.
This finish is characterized by a long service life and resistance to UV radiation and yellowing.. It is intended for use in construction, where lasting color and gloss are essential.
Please note
The manufacturing process requires that at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish, approximately 1 cm of profile be left exposed on each side for holding during coating.. There is a small hole at the end of the profile, which should be taken into account.. If necessary, the end can easily be cut off or concealed inside the mounting profile.
