Description of Aluminium fence slat 160x16 mm, rectangular, grey RAL9007, smooth finish
Aluminum slat, with a finish in gray RAL 9007 with a smooth surface, can be used as infill for a fence, a gate, or any other space. The slat has a rectangular shape with a height of 160 mm and a width of 16 mm, and is supplied in lengths of 2m, 3m, or 6m.
The slat is hollow and has guide grooves on the inside of the sides for mounting screws. The easiest way to install it is to use mounting profiles with pre-machined grooves for accurate drilling and screw fastening.

Depending on the desired effect, you can also alternate aluminum slats of different heights. Our range also includes a rectangular slat, 20 mm high, unfinished, or an anodized slat, which are ideal for creating modern patterns.

Slats can also be installed vertically using end caps, which are inserted into the slat from above.
Finish:
Aluminum is generally an excellent material with corrosion and weather resistance and a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminum and supplied with a smooth gray RAL 9007 finish.
The profile is finished with a smooth powder coating. After application, the powder coating is cured in an oven.
This finish offers a long service life and resistance to UV radiation and yellowing.. It is intended for use in construction, where lasting color and gloss are essential.
Please note
The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish approximately 1 cm of profile to be left at each end for holding during coating. There is a small hole at the end of the profile, which should be taken into account. If necessary, the end can simply be cut off or concealed inside the mounting profile.
