Description of Aluminium fence slat, 120x16 mm, rectangular, anthracite (RAL7016), with a smooth finish
Aluminum slat is shaped like a rectangle with a height of 120 mm and a width of 16 mm. The finish is RAL 7016, i.e. anthracite with a smooth finish. The hollow construction reduces the overall weight, making the slat easier to handle and install while also lightening the entire assembly, for example when used in sliding gates. The fence slat can be used as infill for fences, gates, railings, pergolas, or any other space. Aluminum is resistant to corrosion and weather conditions, making it a popular choice for gate and fence infill.
The slat is hollow and has, on the inside of its sides, guide grooves for the fixing screws. The easiest installation method is to use mounting profiles with pre-machined grooves for accurate drilling and screw fastening.

Finish:
Aluminum is generally an excellent material with corrosion and weather resistance and a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminum and supplied with an anthracite RAL 7016 finish.
The profile is powder-coated with a smooth finish. After application, the powder coating is cured in an oven.
This finish is characterized by a long service life and resistance to UV radiation.. It is intended for use in construction, where durability of color and gloss is essential.
Please note
The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish approximately 1 cm of profile to be left at each end for holding during coating. There is a small hole at the end of the profile, which should be taken into account.. If necessary, the end can easily be cut off or concealed inside the mounting profile.
