The aluminum slat with a Warm Earthy Walnut TEPIRA wood-effect finish and textured surface can be used as infill for a fence, gate, or any other space. Its cross-section is rectangular, measuring 100 mm high, 16 mm wide, with a wall thickness of 1.2 mm. The slat is available in lengths of 2 m, 3 m, or 6 m.
TEPIRA (Warm Earthy Walnut)
Warm, earthy walnut wood-effect finish with a fine grain. A balanced brown tone that feels cozy, natural, and elegant.

Installation
Quick installation of slats to fixing profiles with screws.
The slat is hollow and has guide grooves on the sides for the fixing screws. The easiest installation method is to use fixing profiles with pre-machined grooves for accurate pre-drilling and screw fixing.
The slat is suitable for creating an opaque infill. To create an opaque infill, combine the slat with a narrow slat (Anodized version). This creates an elegant infill with a narrow strip that you can highlight in a different color.

The slats can also be installed vertically using end caps, which are inserted into the top of the slat.

Installation tip
At 16 mm wide, this slat is compatible with most standard U-shaped guide profiles. For a modern “shutter” effect, we recommend spacing the slats 10 to 30 mm apart, depending on the level of privacy required.

FINISH:
Aluminum is an excellent material with resistance to corrosion, water, and weathering and has a long service life. The slats are made from extruded aluminum to standard EN AW-6060-T6.
The finish is applied using powder coating with a fine texture, with the wood-effect design applied by sublimation. Warm Earthy Walnut TEPIRA.
This finish is distinguished by its modern appearance, long service life, long-lasting color retention and UV stability. It is designed for use in construction, where lasting color and gloss are essential.
No maintenance is required.
Please note
The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a wood-effect finish approximately 1 cm of profile to be left on each side for fixing.
This means that for:
- vertical installation – There is protective tape at the ends of the profile, which should be taken into account. If necessary, the end can simply be trimmed.
- horizontal installation – No problem, as the ends of the profiles can be neatly concealed inside the U-profile.
