The AURIA textured aluminum slat in Golden Walnut woodgrain finish can be used as infill for a fence, gate, or any other space. Its cross-section is rectangular, measuring 100 mm high, 16 mm wide, with a wall thickness of 1.2 mm. The slat is available in 2 m, 3 m, or 6 m lengths.

Installation
Quick installation of the slats to the mounting profiles using screws.
The slat is hollow and has guide grooves along its sides for the mounting screws. The easiest installation method is to use mounting profiles with pre-cut grooves for precise pre-drilling and screw fastening.
The slat is suitable for creating an opaque infill. To create an opaque infill, combine the slat with a narrow slat (Anodised version). This creates an elegant infill with a thin strip that you can highlight in a different colour.

The slats can also be installed vertically, using end caps, which slide into the slat from above.

Thanks to its 16 mm width, this slat is compatible with most standard U-shaped guide profiles. For a modern “louvre” effect, we recommend spacing the slats 10 to 30 mm apart, depending on the level of privacy you want.

FINISH:

The finish is applied by powder coating with a fine texture, followed by sublimation transfer of the woodgrain design Golden Walnut AURIA.
This finish is distinguished by its modern appearance,, long service life, long-lasting colour retention and UV stability.. It is designed for use in construction, where lasting colour and gloss are essential.

Important
The manufacturing process requires approximately 1 cm of profile at each end with a woodgrain finish to be left exposed 1 cm of profile at each end for fastening..
This means that for:
- vertical installation – There is protective tape on the ends of the profile, which must be taken into account. If needed, the end can easily be cut off.
- horizontal installation – This is not an issue, as the ends of the profiles can be neatly concealed inside a U-profile.
