The end cap is designed for use with a 100x20mm aluminium slat, providing a simple and effective way to close off the aluminium slat.
It fits the following aluminium profiles precisely:
The end cap is custom-made by additively layering ASA material intended for outdoor use, based on a three-dimensional model. ASA material (an improved version of ABS with enhanced weather resistance) is an excellent choice thanks to its high resistance to UV radiation and weathering. The material has excellent dimensional stability and is suitable for applications where components are exposed to outdoor conditions.
The end cap is brown, compatible with aluminium profiles, and its shape follows the internal grooves so that it fits precisely into the profile. Our range includes aluminium profiles in a walnut woodgrain finish walnut woodgrain finish, with a textured surface in this size.
If you install the slats in a fence, gate or terrace infill vertically, you can use the end cap to finish the slat both neatly and functionally.
