Aluminium slat with a Dark Walnut NARONA wood-effect finish with a textured surface, can be used as fence infill, gate infill, or infill for any other space. The slat is rectangular, with a height of 100 mm, a width of 20 mm and a wall thickness of 1.1 mm. Slats are supplied in lengths of 2 m, 3 m or 6 m.

SURFACE FINISH:
Aluminium is an excellent material with resistance to corrosion, water and weather and offers a long service life. The slats are made from extruded aluminium to standard EN AW-6060-T6.
The surface is powder-coated with a fine texture, and the wood-effect finish is applied by sublimation in Dark Walnut NARONA.
This surface finish is characterised by its modern appearance,, long service life, long-lasting colour retention and UV stability.. It is intended for use in construction, where long-lasting colour is essential. No maintenance is required.
Important
The manufacturing process requires that at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish, approximately 1 cm of profile be left at each end for holding during painting.. At the end of the profile there is a small hole and possibly a strip of tape, which should be taken into account.. If necessary, the end can simply be cut off or concealed inside a mounting profile.
Installation
Quick installation using screws. The slats can be welded to the profiles, but bear in mind that the painted layer must first be removed at the weld point, which could affect the overall appearance. Using screws also makes it easy to dismantle and replace individual parts during modifications or if they are damaged.
Installation tip
With a width of 20 mm, this slat is compatible with most standard U-shaped guide profiles. For a modern “louvred” effect, we recommend spacing the slats 10 to 30 mm apart, depending on the level of privacy you want.
