Description of Rectangular aluminium box section 100x20x1,1 mm, textured wood-effect finish, AURIA décor (Golden Walnut)
The AURIA textured golden walnut wood-effect aluminium rectangular tube can be used as infill for fences, gates or any other space. Its rectangular cross-section measures 100 mm high, 20 mm wide and has a wall thickness of 1.1 mm. The tube is available in lengths of 2 m, 3 m or 6 m.
AURIA (GOLDEN WALNUT)
Warm walnut wood effect. A balanced walnut tone with an elegant, natural look.
- adds depth to the gate without making it too dark
- doesn’t look cheap or artificial
- suits both modern and traditional homes
Key benefits:
- Strong yet lightweight thanks to its 1.1 mm wall thickness.
- Retains its shape.
- Resistant to weather and corrosion.
- Colourfast. Unlike natural wood, AURIA wood-effect aluminium slats retain their colour over time without sanding or repainting.
- Maintenance-free.
- Luxurious appearance. The subtly textured finish creates a natural wood look without an unwanted artificial sheen.
- Timeless style. Wood-effect finishes never go out of fashion.
Installation
Quick installation of rectangular tubes to mounting profiles using screws or rivets.
The tube is suitable for creating both open and closed infill. You can combine AURIA tubes, for example, with anthracite-coloured tubes, which will accentuate the wood-effect colour. This creates an elegant, modern infill.

Installation tip
At 20 mm wide, this tube is compatible with most standard U-shaped guide profiles. For a modern “louvre” effect, we recommend spacing the tubes 10 to 30 mm apart, depending on the level of privacy required.
SURFACE FINISH:
Aluminium is an excellent material with resistance to corrosion, water and weather and it has a long service life. The slats are made from extruded aluminium to standard EN AW-6060-T6.
The surface is powder-coated with a fine texture, and the wood effect is applied by sublimation. AURIA Golden Walnut.
This finish is characterised by its modern appearance,, long service life, long-lasting colour retention and UV stability.. It is designed for use in construction, where long-lasting colour and gloss are essential.
It requires no maintenance.
Please note
The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a wood-effect finish approximately 1 cm of profile to be left on each side for fastening..
This means that for:
- vertical installation – There is protective tape at the ends of the profile; please take this into account. If necessary, the end can simply be cut off.
- horizontal installation – This is not an issue, as the ends of the profiles can be neatly concealed inside a U-profile.

TIP:
Want to give your fence a designer touch and a unique, timeless style? Choose a combination of wood effect and anthracite. This combination is a bestseller in modern outdoor spaces. This combination never gets old and works so well because it brings together two worlds:
- Anthracite gives the structure (posts, gate frames and slats) an industrial, clean and technical look.
- Wood effect AURIA (Golden Walnut) softens the overall look, adding a homely warmth and a luxurious, organic touch.
We recommend using anthracite U-profiles or UT-profiles and using wood-effect slats for the infill. Alternatively, you can combine anthracite slats with AURIA slats.
