Aluminium slat with a finish SOLANSA Golden Oak woodgrain finish with texture, can be used as fence infill, gate infill, or infill for any other space. The box section is rectangular, with a height of 100 mm, a width of 20 mm and a wall thickness of 1.2 mm. The slat is available in lengths of 2 m, 3 m or 6 m.
The SOLANSA woodgrain finish gives the fence a warm, luxurious wood look.. Whether you choose the woodgrain finish on its own or combine it with the woodgrain finish and anthracite, both options are very modern and have remained popular for decades.

SURFACE FINISH:
Aluminium is an excellent material with resistance to corrosion, water and weathering and has a long service life. The slats are made from extruded aluminium to standard EN AW-6060-T6.
The surface is powder-coated with a fine texture and the SOLANSA woodgrain finish (Golden Oak) is applied by sublimation.
This finish is distinguished by its modern appearance,, long service life, long-lasting colour retention and UV stability.. It is designed for use in construction, where lasting colour and gloss are essential.
No maintenance is required.
Please note
The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish approximately 1 cm of profile to be left at each end for securing during coating.. At the ends of the profile there is a small hole and possibly also a strip of tape, which should be taken into account.. If necessary, the end can simply be cut off or concealed inside a retaining profile.
Installation
Quick installation using screws. The slats can be welded to the profiles as well, but note that the coating would need to be removed at the weld point first, which could detract from the overall appearance. Using screws also makes it easy to remove and replace individual parts during alterations or repairs.
Installation tip
Thanks to its 20 mm width, this slat is compatible with most standard U-shaped guide profiles. For a modern “louvred” effect, we recommend leaving a gap of 10 to 30 mm between slats, depending on the desired level of privacy.
