Description of Sliding gate track kit for a passage width of up to 6.5 m – STAINLESS STEEL

Track sliding gate kit for a clear opening width of 6.5 m. All components are made of stainless steel. The kit includes high-quality wheels with bearings. Bolt or weld the wheels to the bottom of the gate frame. You can choose wheels based on how they attach to the gate; the most commonly used are wheels with brackets.  The track is designed to support traffic from heavy goods vehicles. You can anchor the track to a cured concrete foundation or directly to the paving. The stops mechanically define the end positions. It is advisable to define the end positions even when using a drive with its own built-in end stops. The guide at the top stabilizes the gate as it moves. It is not subject to heavy loads, as most of the weight is carried downwards by the wheels.

The stainless steel guide assembly with a nylon roller can be used to guide a sliding gate along its length. The bolt, nuts and washers are stainless steel; the roller itself is made of durable white nylon.

KIT delivery

All sliding gate kits are in stock. We will deliver the KIT by courier directly to your address. You can pay cash on delivery (to the driver when you receive the goods) or by bank transfer in advance. Another option is to collect the kit in person in Nové Mesto nad Váhom.

Extended warranty

All metal components in this KIT are covered by the 36-month extended warranty. The warranty also covers metal components as well as nylon parts.

All automation electronics in our store are covered by the standard warranty of 24 months.

The invoice included with your delivered goods serves as the warranty certificate.

Description of the KIT for building a self-supporting sliding gate

Complete KIT for building a track sliding gate for a passage width of up to 3.0 m and a maximum total weight of 250 kg track gate. The complete kit is available at a discounted price. An additional track can be supplied on request, allowing you to achieve a passage width greater than 3.0 m.

The components in this KIT are selected so that no additional parts need to be purchased for a manually operated gate (you can, however, add items to the kit, such as a hook lock or upper stop). To automate your gate, you can also purchase gate drive and electronic accessories (remote controls, warning light, photocells).
