Aluminium fence infill designed for those who want to build a maintenance-free modern fence themselves. It uses a modular aluminium system that allows quick installation using screws, with no welding required. The set is suitable as infill for a fence, gate, pedestrian gate or other structure. Adjustable width: The profiles can be easily cut to size. This lets you adjust the width of the fence panel to suit your needs.
Adjustable height: You can also choose the spacing between the slats. The U-profiles have a guide groove marked for screwing in the slats. You can choose the arrangement of the slats and the spacing between them.
The standard spacing between slats for this panel is 5 cm (for a total height of 1.2 m). Increasing the spacing between the infill slats can also give you a height of 1.5 m. This flexibility lets you adapt the use of the infill profiles to your needs.

Installation
You can install it yourself with our kit. The U-shaped mounting profile has a groove running along its length, making it easier to position the slats precisely. The slats themselves also make installation easier, with precisely positioned mounting holes for securely fastening them to the U-profile using self-tapping steel screws.
- Length of the mounting profiles: Cut the U-profile into two pieces, each 120 - 150 cm long.
- Spacing between the fence slats: Based on the installation instructions (mounting holes in the slats), mark the spacing on the U-profile and drill holes for the screws.
- Securing the aluminium slats: Position the U-profiles on the sides and the slats perpendicular between them, then fasten everything securely together using self-tapping steel screws.
How to install a fence panel
The U-profiles are attached to the fence posts or to the profiles in the gate/garden gate frame using screws, preferably with countersunk heads. If the post or gate frame is also made of aluminium, the fence panel can also be installed by welding.
When anchoring the fence panel to a low wall we recommend using a chemical anchor and threaded rods. Finally, you can use screw caps on the nuts and ends of the threaded rods, or paint them (alternatively, use a metal marker in the desired colour).
Material and finish
Both the slats and the profile are made from durable raw aluminium with a powder-coated finish in TEPIRA wood-effect finish (walnut), giving them a modern, timeless look. The surface of these slats has a fine texture. The mounting profile is anthracite RAL 7016, also with a textured finish. The self-tapping screws are made of stainless steel. All components of the fence panel are corrosion-resistant.
