Top guide Use it if the infill of your gate (e.g. wooden slats, polycarbonate, expanded metal) does not extend above the gate. Secure it to the existing fence or to an alignment post.
Side guide Use it if you want the gate infill to extend above the gate frame. Secure the rollers to the alignment post on the inside of the gate.

Description of Kit for building a sliding gate with a passage width of up to 6.5 m

Kit for making a track sliding gate for an opening width of 6.5m. All components are galvanized (including the edges of the track). The kit includes high-quality wheels with bearings. Bolt or weld the wheels to the bottom of the gate frame. You can choose wheels according to how they will be fixed to the gate; the most commonly used type is wheels with brackets.  The track is designed to support vehicles, including trucks, passing over it. The track can be fixed to a cured concrete foundation or directly to paving. The stops mechanically define the end position. It is advisable to define the end positions even when using a drive with its own limit stops. The guide at the top stabilizes the gate as it moves. It is not subject to much force, as most of the weight is carried downward by the wheels.

Delivery KITS

All sliding gate kits are in stock. We will deliver the KIT by courier directly to your address. You can pay cash on delivery (to the driver when you receive the goods) or by bank transfer in advance. Another option is to collect the kit in person in Nové Mesto nad Váhom.

All metal components in this KIT are covered by 36-month extended warranty. The warranty covers metal components as well as nylon parts.

All and automation electronics in our store are covered by the standard warranty of 24 months.

The invoice included with your delivered goods serves as the warranty certificate.

Complete KIT for building a track sliding gate with a clear opening width of up to 6.5 m and a maximum total weight of 300 kg . This complete kit offers great value. On request, we can supply an additional track to accommodate a clear opening wider than 6.5 m.

The parts in this KIT are selected so that no additional components need to be purchased for a manually operated gate (you can, however, add to the kit, for example, a hook lock or top stop). To automate your gate, you can also purchase gate operator and electronic accessories (remote controls, flashing light, photocells).
