- Only the only trolley designed for this aluminium C-section will fit.
- Aluminium C-sections can be joined using stainless steel pins inserted into the pre-drilled holes.
- The aluminium C-section can also be fastened to the gate frame using screws and rivet nuts:
- At the end of the C-section, you can slide on a guide roller and close off the profile with an end cap.. The aluminium C-section can then run into the bottom catch..
- A groove for the toothed rack, protrudes from the side of the C-section; the rack slides into it and is secured at the end with stops.
The aluminium C-section is supplied with a closed groove, which you can easily knock open using a piece of wood and a small hammer. This gives the profile greater structural strength during transport and also helps keep dirt out.
