Description of Reinforced nylon rack, for up to 300 kg
Lightweight nylon toothed rack, ensures quieter operation for sliding gates. The rack is made up of 0.5 m sections, so one metre of rack consists of 2 sections. Rack thickness: 20 mm; tooth height: 15 mm. For other dimensions, see the drawing.
It is designed for use with the 95x100 aluminium self-supporting profile. The tooth module is M4 and is compatible with Nice drives in our range, as well as most drives from other brands (KEY, CAME, Beninca, FAAC and others).
The individual rack sections are slid into the groove on the side of the C-profile and at the ends they are secured in place using stops. The rack can also be installed in a guide bracket 3 metres long.
The maximum load capacity of the rack is 300 kg.
The rack is part of the aluminium self-supporting system for gates up to 150 kg/6.5 m.
