PILWOOD® fence boards Made from WPC (wood-plastic composite), combining 60% wood with 40% high-quality, non-toxic HDPE polymer. Pilwood fence boards are a great choice thanks to their high durability and long service life with no need for protective coatings.
They are one of the most durable, long-lasting, maintenance-free materials for your fence. The fence boards are made in the Czech Republic and feature a high-quality profile with color throughout.

Each size is available in 5 colors - anthracite (ebony), grey (stainless steel), reddish-brown (merbau), sand-colored (cedar), brown (rosewood) and 4 different lengths - 1 meter, 1.2 meters, 1.5 meters, 2 meters.

Vertical installation of fence boards
Support rails
- You can choose the longitudinal support rails to suit your needs
- The recommended maximum overhang beyond the support rail at both the top and bottom is 150mm
- The recommended maximum spacing between support rails is 780mm
- Two support rails are sufficient for fence boards up to 1.2m long; three support rails are recommended for longer boards
- The support rails are easily attached to the post using a small L-shaped bracket
Attaching a fence board
- Attach the fence board to the support rail using a 4.8x25mm rivet
- Pre-drill a 5mm hole through the fence board and the rail
- If using two rivets, keep them at least 16mm from the edge of the fence board

- Leave a gap of at least 5mm between fence boards to allow for thermal expansion

Horizontal installation of fence boards
Support rails
- For horizontal installation, the fence board should be no longer than 1.5m.
- If using a 2m fence board, it must be reinforced at the midpoint with a support, such as a profile.
- The fence boards themselves are attached to the post using a large L-shaped bracket
Attaching a fence board
- Attach the fence board to the L-bracket using a M6x20 coach screw
- Pre-drill a 6mm hole in the fence board
- If using two screws, keep them at least 16mm
