Description of Aluminium fixing profile for slats, UT-shaped, 20.5 mm wide, with a wood-effect textured finish, beech
Aluminium fence slat fixing profile has a U-shaped cross-section, making it suitable for installation in front of the posts on a gate, fence, or other opening. The profile's external width is 20.5 mm, the projection is 44 mm and the length is 2 m, 3 m, or 6 m.
On the outside of the profile there are recessed grooves for precise horizontal positioning of the screws. The ideal screws are stainless steel self-tapping screws DIN 7981 with a pan head, 3.5x19 mm.

The profile is suitable for vertically mounting the following slat models:
- rectangular aluminium slat in various lengths (60, 80, 100, 160)
- rectangular aluminium slat (anodised layer)

Surface finish
In general, aluminium is an excellent material that is corrosion- and weather-resistant and has a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminium and supplied with a textured wood-effect finish.
Please note
The manufacturing process requires that at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish, approximately 1 cm of profile is left at each end for holding during painting. At the ends of the profile, there is a small hole, which you should take into account. This small hole does not interfere with installation, but the end can easily be cut off if necessary.
