Description of Aluminium fence slat, 80x16 mm, rectangular, grey RAL 9007 with a textured finish
Aluminum slat, with a finish in textured RAL 9007 grey, can be used as infill for a fence, a gate, or any other space. The slat has a rectangular shape with a height of 80 mm and a width of 16 mm, and is available in lengths of 2 m, 3 m, or 6 m.
The slat is hollow and has guide grooves on the inside of the sides for fixing screws. The easiest way to install it is using mounting profiles with pre-cut grooves for accurate pre-drilling and screw fastening.

Depending on the desired effect, aluminum slats of different heights can also be alternated. Our range also includes a 20 mm-high rectangular slat without a finish, or an anodized slat, both ideal for creating modern patterns.

The slats can also be installed vertically using end caps, which are inserted into the slat from above.
Finish:
Aluminum is generally an excellent material with corrosion and weather resistance and a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminum and supplied with a textured RAL 9007 grey finish.
The profile is finished with a textured powder coating.. After application, the powder coating is cured in an oven.
This finish offers a long service life and resistance to UV radiation and yellowing.. It is intended for use in construction, where shade and gloss durability are essential.
Please note
The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish approximately 1 cm of profile to be left at each end for holding during powder coating.. There is a small hole at the end of the profile, which should be taken into account.. If needed, the end can easily be cut off or concealed inside the mounting profile.
