Aluminium slat with a textured anthracite finish in RAL 7016 well resists corrosion and weather conditions. Its hollow construction reduces the overall weight, making it easier to handle and install, while also reducing the weight of the entire assembly, for example when used in sliding gates. It can be used as infill for fences and gates or any other space. The slat has a rectangular shape with a height of 200 mm and width of 16 mm and is available in lengths of 2m, 3m or 6m.
The slat is hollow and has guide grooves on the sides for the fixing screws. The simplest installation method is to use fixing profiles with pre-machined grooves for precise drilling and screw fixing.
The slat is suitable for creating an opaque infill. To create an opaque infill, combine the slat with a narrow slat. This creates an elegant infill with a thin strip that can be highlighted in a different colour.

SURFACE FINISH:
Aluminium is generally an excellent material with resistance to corrosion and weathering, and a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminium and supplied with a textured surface finish in anthracite RAL 7016.

Surface finish:
Aluminium is generally an excellent material with resistance to corrosion and weathering, and a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminium and supplied with an anthracite RAL 7016 finish.
The profile is finished with a textured powder coating. After application, the powder coating is cured in an oven.
This finish is characterised by a long service life and resistance to UV radiation. It is intended for use in construction, where colour and gloss retention are essential.
Note
The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish approximately 1 cm of profile to be left at each end for hanging during coating. There is a small hole at the end of the profile, which should be taken into account. If necessary, the end can easily be cut off or concealed inside a fixing profile.
