Aluminium slat with a smooth anthracite finish in RAL 7016 well resists corrosion and weather conditions. Its hollow design reduces the overall weight, making it easier to handle and install, while also reducing the weight of the entire assembly, for example when used in sliding gates. It can be used as infill for fences and gates or any other space. The slat has a rectangular shape with a height of 200 mm and a width of 16 mm and is available in lengths of 2m, 3m or 6m.
The slat is hollow and on the sides have guide grooves for fastening screws. The easiest way to install it is using fastening profiles with pre-cut grooves for accurate drilling and screw fastening.
The slat is suitable for creating an opaque infill. To create an opaque infill, the slat can be combined with a narrow slat. This creates an elegant infill with a thin strip that you can highlight in a different colour.

Aluminium is generally an excellent material that resists corrosion and weathering and has a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminium and supplied with a smooth finish in anthracite RAL 7016.

Surface finish:
Aluminium is generally an excellent material that resists corrosion and weathering and has a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminium and supplied with an anthracite RAL 7016 finish.
The profile is powder-coated to give it a smooth finish. After application, the powder coating is cured in an oven.
This finish is characterised by a long service life and resistance to UV radiation.. It is intended for use in construction, where shade and gloss durability are essential.
Please note
The manufacturing process requires that at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish, approximately 1 cm of profile is left at each end for holding it during coating. There is a small hole at the end of the profile, which should be taken into account. If required, the end can easily be cut off or concealed inside the fastening profile.
