Description of Aluminium fence slat, 120 × 16 mm, rectangular, anthracite (RAL 7016) with a textured finish
Aluminum slat with a textured anthracite finish in RAL 7016 well resists corrosion and weather conditions. Its hollow design reduces the overall weight, making it easier to handle and install, while also reducing the weight of the entire assembly, for example, when used in sliding gates. It can be used as fence or gate infill or to enclose any other space. The slat has a rectangular shape with a height of 120 mm and a width of 16 mm and is available in lengths of 2m, 3m or 6m.
The slat is hollow and has guide grooves on the inside of its sides for fixing screws. The easiest way to install it is using mounting profiles with pre-machined grooves for precise pre-drilling and screw fastening.

Depending on the desired effect, you can also alternate aluminum slats of different heights. Our range also includes a 20 mm high rectangular slat without a finish, or an anodized slat, both ideal for creating modern patterns.

The slats can also be installed vertically using end caps, which are inserted into the slat from above.

Finish:
Aluminum is generally an excellent material with resistance to corrosion and weathering, and a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminum and supplied with a textured anthracite finish in RAL 7016.
The profile is finished with a textured powder coating.. After application, the powder coating is cured in an oven.
This finish offers a long service life and UV resistance.. It is designed for use in construction, where long-lasting color and gloss are essential.
Please note
The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish approximately 1 cm of profile to be left at each end for holding during coating. There is a small hole at the end of the profile, which should be taken into account.. If needed, the end can easily be cut off or hidden inside a mounting profile.
