The LZ-10-1 gear rack is no longer manufactured.
Its successor is LZ-21 with a different type of lock.
Nylon gear rack with a metal core. Ensures quieter gate movement. Each piece of this rack is 1 metre long. The rack is 20mm thick, the teeth are 28mm high, and the steel core measures 10x10mm.
The gear rack is easy to install and requires no welding. It comes with 6 self-tapping screws and 6 washers for mounting. There are 6 mounting points per 1 m of rack. Easy to install, with height adjustment possible via the slotted mounting holes. The segments are compatible with one another and can be easily joined.
Tooth module is compatible with drives Nice in our range, as well as most drives from other brands (KEY, CAME, Beninca, FAAC and others).
The gear rack is made from steel cord coated with hard-wearing, durable nylon for quiet operation when opening and closing the gate. Its robust construction ensures a long service life and resistance to wear.
