Nylon toothed rack with a metal core. Ensures quieter gate movement. One piece of this rack is 1 meter long. The rack is 20 mm thick, the tooth height is 28 mm, and the steel core measures 10x10 mm.
The gear rack is easy to install and requires no welding. It is supplied with 6 self-tapping screws and 6 washers for fastening. There are 6 fastening points per 1 m of rack. Easy to install, with height adjustment via an oblong mounting slot. The sections are compatible with one another and can be easily joined.
Gear module is compatible with drives from Nice in our range, as well as most drives from other brands (KEY, CAME, Beninca, FAAC, and others).
Gear rack is made from steel cord coated with hard-wearing nylon for quiet operation when opening and closing the gate. Its robust design ensures a long service life and resistance to wear.
