Description of Opposite-facing plastic-coated gear rack 30x20mm, with a 10x10mm steel core, M4
Reverse-toothed nylon rack with a metal core. The rack is mounted from the top, while its teeth are on the opposite side and face down.. Ensures quieter gate operation. Each rack piece is 1 metre long. The rack is 18 mm thick, the teeth are 28 mm high, and the steel core measures 10x10 mm.
The toothed rack is easy to install and requires no welding. Supplied with 6 self-tapping screws and 6 washers for mounting. There are 6 mounting points per 1 m of rack. Easy to install, with height adjustment via an elongated mounting slot. The segments are compatible with one another and can be easily joined.
Tooth module is compatible with operators NICE in our range, as well as most operators from other brands (KEY, CAME, Beninca, FAAC and others).
Toothed rack is made from a steel cord coated with hard-wearing nylon for quiet operation of the gate as it opens and closes. Its robust construction ensures a long service life and makes the rack wear-resistant.
Difference between a rack with bottom and top mounting points
The first image shows a rack with bottom mounting points, with the teeth also facing downwards. We offer the following racks of this type: LZ-1 (33 cm segments) or LZ-10 (1 m segment).
The second image shows a rack with top mounting points; the teeth are on the opposite side and face downwards. We offer the following racks of this type: LZ-12 (1 m segment).
