Description of NICE CRA4 – 1/2-inch drive chain, 5 m + connecting link
NICE CRA4 is a 5 m drive chain used with a shaft-mounted drive to move a cantilever sliding gate.
Package contents:
- 5 m drive chain, 1/2" x 5/16"
- 1 chain link connector CRA2
A typical installation is carried out as follows:
A shaft with a sprocket is inserted into the drive's mounting hole. CRA1. The drive is positioned on one side of the passage, and the drive-chain tensioner is positioned on the other side. CRA5. The two sprockets are connected using one or more chains CRA4 and connectors CRA2. The cantilever gate leaf (or both leaves, in the case of two counter-moving leaves) is attached to this chain. Depending on the opening direction, the leaf or leaves are attached to either the upper or lower run of the chain loop.
