Aluminium fence infill designed for those who want to build a maintenance-free modern fence themselves. It uses a modular aluminium system that allows for quick installation using screws, with no welding required. The set is suitable as infill for a fence, gate, pedestrian gate or other structure. Adjustable width: The profiles can be easily cut to size. This allows you to adjust the width of the fence panel as needed.
Adjustable height: You can also choose the spacing between the slats. A guide groove is marked on the U-profiles to show where to screw in the slat. You can decide on the slat layout and spacing to suit your preferences.
This panel is designed as standard for a solid infill with no gaps between the slats. Adding gaps between the infill slats can also give you a height of 1.5 m. This flexibility lets you adapt the infill profiles to your needs.

Installation
You can install it yourself with our kit. The mounting U-channel has a groove running along its length, making it easier to position the slats accurately. The slats also make installation easier, with precisely positioned mounting holes for securely fastening them to the U-channel using self-tapping steel screws.
- Length of the mounting profiles: Cut the U-channel into two pieces, each 120 - 150 cm long.
- Spacing between the fence slats: Using the installation instructions (the mounting holes in the slats), mark the spacing on the U-channel and drill holes for the screws.
- Fastening the aluminium slats: Position the U-channels along the sides and the slats perpendicular between them, then fasten everything securely together with self-tapping steel screws.
How to install the fence panel
The U-channels are attached to the fence posts or to the profiles in the gate/garden gate frame using screws, preferably with countersunk heads. If the post or gate frame is also made of aluminium, the fence panel can also be installed by welding..
When anchoring the fence panel to a low wall we recommend using a chemical anchor and threaded rods.. Finally, you can use screw caps on the nuts and ends of the threaded rods, or paint them (or use a metal marker in the desired colour).
Material and surface finish
The slats and profile are made from durable, untreated aluminium. The kit includes two types of slats: powder-coated in anthracite (RAL 7016) with a fine texture, and anodised aluminium slats. The self-tapping screws are made of stainless steel. All components of the fence panel are corrosion-resistant.
Important information before you buy
- This product is designed for DIY installation.
- The mounting U-channel must be cut into two pieces, each 120 - 150 cm long.
- Structural profiles (posts, gate frame) are not included.
