Aluminum fence infill designed for those who want to build it themselves the fence a maintenance-free modern fence. It uses a modular aluminum system that allows quick installation with screws, without the need for welding. The set is suitable as infill for a fence, gate, pedestrian gate, or other structures. Dimensions of slats: 160 x 16 x 2000 mm. Fence panel dimensions: 2 x 1.2 metres. >>Download the installation manual>>.
Adjustable width: The profiles can be easily cut to size. This lets you adjust the width of the fence panel to suit your needs.
Adjustable height: You can also choose the spacing between the slats. The U-profiles have a marked guide groove for screwing in the slats. You can decide on the arrangement of the slats and the spacing between them.
This panel is designed for a standard slat spacing of 2 cm (for a total height of 1.2 m). Increasing the spacing between the infill slats can also give you a height of 1.5 m. This adjustability lets you adapt the infill profiles to your specific needs.

Installation
You can install it yourself with our kit. The U-shaped mounting profile has a groove running along the entire side of the profile, making it easy to position the slats accurately. The slats themselves also make installation easier, with precisely positioned mounting holes for securely fastening them to the U-profile using self-tapping steel screws.
- Length of the mounting profiles: Cut the U-profile into two pieces, each 120 - 150 cm long.
- Gaps between the fence slats: Based on the installation instructions (the mounting holes in the slats), mark out the spacing on the U-profile and drill holes for the screws.
- Fastening the aluminium slats: Position the U-profiles along the sides, place the slats perpendicular between them, and securely fasten everything together with self-tapping steel screws.
How to install the fence panel
The U-profiles are to the fence posts or to profiles in the gate/gate frame installed using screws, ideally with a countersunk head. If the post or gate structure is also made of aluminium, the fence panel can also be installed by welding..
When anchoring the fence panel to a low wall we recommend using a chemical anchor and threaded rods. Finally, you can use screw caps on the nuts and ends of the threaded rods, or paint them (alternatively, use a metal marker in the desired colour).

Material and Finish
The slats and profile are made of aluminium with a Komaxit powder-coated finish in anthracite RAL 7016, with a fine texture for a matte appearance. The self-tapping screws are made of stainless steel. All components of the fence panel are corrosion-resistant.

- The U-shaped mounting profile must be cut into two pieces, each 120 - 150 cm long.
- Structural profiles (posts, gate frame) are not included.
