Description of Galvanized ground socket for concreting in, for 48.3 mm tubes, Type 134
The galvanized ground socket with a circular collar is designed to be set in concrete below ground level. It allows a vertical tube to be anchored without drilling into the concrete, and can be removed when needed.
The tube is inserted into the socket profile at the joint and secured with an Allen screw (3/8" - 24 mm). No welding or drilling into the concrete is needed to create a strong connection.
The product is designed for a tube 48.3 mm (1½”).
Tube connectors or pipe connectors are suitable for building more robust 2D and 3D structures, such as a pallet racking system or a railing. Other possible uses for profile connectors include building your own shelving unit, a stand, a barrier, or even a frame for an advertising banner, modular tubular railing, and many more.
