Description of Aluminium fence slat 20x16 mm, for finishing grooved slats
Aluminum slat, designed to finish the AL-PV14 aluminum gate infill. The slat has a rectangular profile with a height of 20 mm and a width of 16 mm, and is available in 2 m, 3 m, or 6 m lengths.
The slat is hollow and has guide grooves on the sides for mounting screws. The easiest installation method is to use mounting profiles with pre-drilled grooves for accurate drilling and fastening with screws.
The slat is used in combination with AL-PV14 infill slats, as the top section of the infill.

Finish:
Aluminum is generally an excellent material with resistance to corrosion and weathering, and a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminum and supplied unfinished. Before applying paint, if required, thoroughly degrease the aluminum surface and roughen it with fine-grit sandpaper.
