Description of Aluminium fence slat 108x16 mm, parallelogram-shaped, textured grey RAL9007
Aluminum slat, with a finish in textured gray RAL 9007, can be used as infill for a fence, gate, or any other space. The slat has a parallelogram shape with a height of 108 mm and a width of 16 mm and is available in lengths of 2 m, 3 m, or 6 m.
The slat is hollow and has guide grooves on the sides for the fastening screws. The simplest installation method is to use mounting profiles with pre-drilled grooves for precise drilling and fastening with screws.
ALUMINUM SLAT PATTERNS – PARALLELOGRAM SHAPE:
Combined with mounting profiles, you can create two patterns:
- Vertical slats – with a 20.5 mm-wide mounting profile

FINISH:
Aluminum is generally an excellent material with corrosion and weather resistance and a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminum and supplied with a textured gray RAL 9007 finish.
The profile is powder-coated with a textured finish.. After application, the powder coating is cured in an oven. A matte thermosetting powder coating is used with Qualicoat certification and a polyester resin base, designed for outdoor use..
This finish is characterized by a long service life and resistance to UV radiation and yellowing.. It is designed for use in construction, where shade and gloss durability are essential.
Note
The manufacturing process requires that at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish, approximately 1 cm of profile is left at each end for holding during coating.. There is a small hole at the end of the profile, which should be taken into account.. If necessary, the end can simply be cut off or concealed inside the mounting profile.
