Description of NICE SNA11 – assembled 3 m guide rail for a garage door operator belt
The rail has been replaced with the following product: NICE SNA30
The guide rail is supplied pre-assembled as a single 3 m section. One end is fitted with a belt tensioner and tensioning nut, a sliding carriage, and an internal closing stop; the other end has an internal opening stop and a snap-fit head that transfers the drive’s rotation to the belt. The belt runs along the entire length of the rail.
Before installing the rail, tighten the tensioning nut just enough to keep the belt properly seated as it moves. Do not overtighten it at this stage—as excessive belt tension could cause the drive to deform the rail. If it is too loose, the belt may knock against the rail as it moves and make unwanted noise—but you can always tighten it further:
