Description of L-shaped aluminium fence slat, 110 × 16 mm, anthracite textured finish
Aluminium slat, can be used as infill for a fence, gate, or any other space. The slat has an L profile with a height of 110 mm, and a width of 16 mm, a thickness of 1.1 mm, and is supplied in a length of 2 m. The surface is powder-coated in RAL 7016, textured anthracite.
The slat can be secured with screws, riveted, or welded to the mounting profile.
SURFACE FINISH:
In general, aluminum is an excellent material with good corrosion and weather resistance and a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminum and supplied with an anthracite RAL 7016 finish.
The profile is powder-coated with a textured finish. After application, the powder coating is cured in an oven.
This surface finish is characterized by a long service life and resistance to UV radiation. It is intended for use in construction, where shade and gloss retention are essential.
Note
The manufacturing process requires that at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish, approximately 1 cm of the profile be left at each end for securing it during coating. At the ends of the profile there is a small hole that should be taken into account. If necessary, the end can simply be cut off or concealed inside the mounting profile.
