Is there not enough space on your property for the overhang of a conventional cantilever sliding gate? The Intelligate system is designed specifically for situations where the space beside the gate opening is too short to accommodate a standard gate overhang. >>Download the installation manual>>.
With the Intelligate IG350 system, an overhang of just 40 cm is sufficient for the clear gate opening width. A conventional cantilever gate with a 4-meter opening would require an overhang of approximately 1.5 to 2 meters. With the Intelligate system, you save more than a meter of space.

If the gate has a clear opening width of 4000 mm, the space required to open it fully with the Intelligate system is 4400 mm (4000 mm opening/gate + 400 gate overhang).

- DL: clear opening width
- GP: base plate length
- EL: support arm length
- Effective EL: effective clamping length
- H: top edge of the guide rail (=200 mm)
- Max. gate weight: maximum gate weight including the rail
- Max. weight/m: maximum weight per metre including the rail (5 kg/m)
Warning:
- The running gear must be secured with four anchors, each with a minimum clamping force of 25 kN.
- This clamping force is achieved using a bonded-in M12 threaded rod tightened to 60 Nm.
- Before tightening the anchors, fill the gap between the base plate and the foundation with grout.
