Description of INOX 30x10mm stainless steel rack, M4, 1 m segment
Stainless steel toothed rack – stainless steel. Each section is 1 m long, 10 mm thick, with a tooth height of 30 mm.
The toothed rack is supplied with 3 weld-on nuts for mounting and 3 fixing screws. The nuts are primarily intended to be welded to the gate. The sections are compatible with one another and can be easily joined. There are 3 mounting points per metre of rack.
The gear module is 4 and it is compatible with drives Nice in our range, as well as most drives from other brands.
Toothed rack is made from high-quality stainless steel. This rack is intended mainly for heavy gates (max. 1900 kg) with a high number of cycles per day.
How many metres of rack do I need for my gate?
You will probably need toothed rack the clear opening width plus 1 m (or enough to extend slightly beyond the drive's stationary pinion when the gate is closed). Example: My gate opening is 3.00 m wide, and the drive pinion axis is 30 cm from the start of the opening.
