Description of Galvanized ground anchor for 48.3 mm tube
Galvanized ground anchor for tubes , designed to support a vertical tube and anchor a structure. The anchor can be used, for example, as a base flange for a railing .
The anchor’s vertical wall is wider at the anchoring points for the Allen key, which provides a stronger joint and a more secure structural anchorage . Fastening through the horizontal base flange should be suitable for the applied load. The anchor is secured to the ground using 2 holes with a diameter of 14 mm.
The inner diameter of the opening for the tube in the anchor is 1 mm larger than the tube. It is designed for a product 48.3 mm (1½”) , that fits precisely.
Connectors slide over the profile at the joint and are secured with an Allen screw (3/8" - 12.7 mm) . Without welding, you can create a strong joint .
Tube connectors or pipe connectors are suitable for more robust 2D and 3D structures, for example a pallet racking system or railing . Other possible uses for profile connectors include, for example, DIY construction of a shelving unit, stand, barrier, or even a frame for an advertising banner, or a modular tube railing and many more.
