Description of Galvanised ground anchor for 42.4 mm tube
Galvanized ground anchor for tubes, designed to support a vertical tube and anchor a structure. The anchor can be used, for example, as a base flange for a railing.
The anchor’s vertical wall is wider at the Allen-key fastening points, which provides a stronger joint and more secure anchoring of the structure. Fastening to the horizontal base flange should be appropriate for the applied load. The anchor is secured to the ground using 2 holes with a diameter of 14.5 mm.
The inner diameter of the hole for the tube in the anchor is 1 mm larger than the tube diameter. The product is designed for a 42.4 mm tube (1¼”), which fits exactly.
Connectors slide onto the profile at the joint and are secured with an Allen screw (3/8" - 9.52 mm). Without welding you can create a strong joint.
Tube connectors or pipe connectors are suitable for building more robust 2D and 3D structures, such as a pallet racking system or railing. Other possible uses for profile connectors include DIY construction of a shelving unit, stand, barrier, or even a frame for an advertising banner, modular tube railing and many more.
