Description of Galvanized connector for 42.4 mm tubes, continuous cross shape

Galvanized continuous cross pipe connector with a 90° angle. The pipes do not need to be cut at this joint, increasing the overall strength of the structure. It is suitable for joints in the middle of a structure, where the structural fitting connects, for example, a central railing post.

The connectors slide onto the profile at the joint and are secured with an Allen screw (3/8" - 12.7 mm). No welding required to create a sturdy joint.

The connector's inner diameter is 1 mm larger than the pipe. The product is designed for a 42.4 mm (1¼”) pipe, which fits precisely.

Pipe connectors or tube connectors are suitable for building more robust 2D and 3D structures, such as a pallet racking system or railing. Other possible uses for profile connectors include, for example, DIY construction of a shelving unit, a stand, a barrier, or even a frame for an advertising banner, modular tube railing, and many more.
