Description of Galvanised connector for 48.3 mm tubes, continuous cross shape
Galvanized tube connector in a continuous cross shape with a 90° angle. The tubes do not need to be cut at this joint, which increases the overall strength of the structure. It is suitable for joints in the middle of a structure, where the structural fitting connects, for example, a central railing post.
The connecting components slide onto the profile at the joint and are secured with an Allen screw (3/8" - 12,7 mm). Without the need for welding, you can create a strong joint.
The connector's inner diameter is 1 mm larger than the tube. The product is designed for a tube measuring 48,3 mm (1½”), which fits perfectly.
Tube connectors or pipe connectors are suitable for building more robust 2D and 3D structures, such as pallet racking systems or railings.
