Galvanized lower hinge section, when combined with the upper hinge section, forms a hinge directly on the tubular structure.
Both hinge sections have a tube fitting for 42.4 mm tubing, secured with an Allen screw (3/8" - 9.52 mm).. No welding required to create a secure connection with the hinge.
The inside diameter of the tube opening is 1 mm larger than the tube. The product is designed for 42.4 mm (1¼” ), which fits precisely.
Combined with other tube connectors, you can create movable sections of a structure, a gate connected to a railing, a storage rack with closing sections, and more.
Tube connectors are suitable for building more robust 2D and 3D structures, such as a pallet racking system or railing..
