E-BOX TWIN DRIVE PLUS 6.0 component kit for installing a folding double-leaf gate with a maximum length of 6 m, with a maximum length per leaf of 3 m/110 kg.
Each gate leaf consists of two sections that fold. The individual sections of the leaves do not have to be the same size; the leaf can be divided into sections measuring 100% + 50% of its length.
A two-section folding gate leaf is especially useful when you park your car directly behind the gate, when a slope begins a short distance behind it, or when there is any other obstacle that prevents the installation of a conventional single-section leaf. Thanks to this mechanism, you can save up to 50% of the space that would otherwise be taken up by the arc traced by the leaf as it moves.
The folding mechanism is easy to install. Thanks to the pre-drilled holes on all components, no welding is required.
Compared with the conventional folding mechanism CAIS TWIN DRIVE 6.0, the CAIS TWIN DRIVE PLUS 6.0 mechanism includes a plate, which allows you to adjust the gate's recess depth within a range of 90–250 mm between the hinge axes.
