Description of Folding mechanism for a double-leaf gate up to 6 m, maximum 3 m per leaf, CAIS TWIN DRIVE 6.0
E-BOX TWIN DRIVE 6.0 component kit for installing a folding double-leaf gate with a maximum length of 6 m, with a maximum length per leaf of 3 m/110 kg.
Each gate leaf consists of two sections that fold in an accordion-like motion. The individual sections of the leaves do not have to be the same size; the layout can be 100% + 50% of the leaf length.
A two-section folding gate is especially useful if you park your car directly behind the gate, if a slope starts a short distance behind it, or if there is any other obstacle that prevents the installation of a conventional single-piece leaf. Thanks to this mechanism, you can save up to 50% of the space that would otherwise be taken up by the arc traced by the movement of the leaf.
The folding mechanism is easy to install. Thanks to the pre-drilled holes in all the components, no welding is required.
