Universal insulated PUR sandwich panel with a TAVIRA wood-effect finish (copper-brown walnut) and a smooth surface, for use in the manufacture of sliding gates. Unlike standard wall panels, this product is designed for horizontal installation in sliding gates, fences and similar structures. The PUR panel has a line/microline pattern on each side (one side/the other side).

Installation
The panels are installed using steel U-channels, ensuring a stable, attractive finish with no visible fixings:
- Bottom U-channel: 20×16×20 mm, 2 mm thick
- Top U-channel: 20×33×20 mm, 1.5 mm thick
- Vertical U-channels are used at the ends of the gate to finish the panels
The panels slide between the top and bottom channels and fit together using a tongue-and-groove joint. This installation method creates a strong, seamless and attractive infill without visible screws.
This PUR panel is double-sided: one side has a Line profile and the other a Microline profile. The choice of profile (by turning the panel) is a matter of personal preference; the two profiles can also be combined to create a more intricate pattern.
Line / Microline profile:
One side of the panel has a Microline profile (15 mm-wide wave), while the other has a Line profile (38 mm-wide wave).
