Description of Double-sided sandwich PUR panel, 100 cm high, 3 cm thick, RAL 7016 anthracite, line/microline design
Universal double-sided insulated PUR sandwich panel with an anthracite RAL7016 finish, for use in the manufacture of sliding gates. Unlike standard wall panels, this product is designed for horizontal installation in sliding gates, fences, and similar structures. The PUR panel has a different profile on each side: line on one side and microline on the other.

Installation
The panels are installed using steel U-profiles, ensuring a stable, neat fit with no visible fixings:
- Bottom U-profile: 20×16×20 mm, thickness 2 mm
- Top U-profile: 20×33×20 mm, thickness 1.5 mm
- Vertical U-profiles are used at the ends of the gate to finish the panels
The panels slide between the top and bottom profiles and fit together using a tongue-and-groove joint. This installation method creates a strong, compact, and attractive infill without visible screws.
This PUR panel has a different profile on each side: line on one side and microline on the other. The choice of profile (by turning the panel) is a matter of personal preference; you can also combine the profiles to create a more intricate pattern.
