Description of Double-sided nylon rack for gates weighing up to 500 kg
Double-sided nylon toothed rack for gates weighing up to 500kg. Ensures quieter operation for sliding gates. The rack is sold in 1m lengths.
The toothed rack is easy to install using 5 brackets and requires no welding. Supplied with 5 self-tapping screws and 5 washers for installation. There are 5 mounting points per 1 m of rack. Easy to install; the segments are compatible with one another and can be joined together easily.
The tooth module is 4 and is compatible with drives Nice in our range, as well as most drives from other brands (KEY, CAME, Beninca, FAAC and others).
How many metres of rack do I need for my gate?
You will probably need toothed rack equal to the clear opening width plus 1 m (or enough to extend slightly beyond the drive's stationary pinion when the gate is closed). Example: My gate opening is 3.00 m wide, and the drive pinion's centreline is 30 cm from the start of the opening.
