Description of Bottom guide rail - galvanized, 83x79
Bottom guide for sliding gate is installed at the beginning and, if necessary, at the end of the supporting C-profile. It slides into the C-profile and is secured to it with a pressure plate tightened with two screws. When stopping the sliding gate therefore does not hit the bottom stop (e.g. end stop pocket) with its body, but with the wheel bottom guide. In practice, when the guide roller touches the downward-bent section of the end stop pocket guides the gate into the correct height position, and when the gate closes, it “rests” in this end stop pocket.
